Benefits of 3D exterior rendering

Visual Realism

3D exterior rendering brings your architectural designs to life with stunning realism, allowing you to showcase your project as if it were already built.

Portfolio Enhancement

High-quality exterior renders enhance your architectural portfolio, showcasing your versatility and attracting more clients.

Cost and Time Savings

Making changes in the virtual realm is far more cost-effective and quicker than making physical alterations during or after construction.

Marketing Advantage:

High-quality exterior renders are powerful marketing tools. They captivate potential buyers, investors, and stakeholders, making your project stand out in a competitive market.

Risk Reduction

Identifying design flaws early in the process minimizes the risk of costly mistakes during construction.

Client Satisfaction

Offering clients the ability to see the finished exterior before it’s built increases their satisfaction and confidence in your services.

Creating Architectural Visualizations: A Step-by-Step Process

3D Modeling

At the beginning of the process, we make a 3D model using the blueprints. If you don’t have a 3D model in SketchUp or Revit, don’t worry – we can make a 3D model from the plans in AutoCAD. We’ll need floor plans and height measurements for this. A good-quality 3D model is really important to understand the whole picture

Camera Angle

When we choose Camera Angles, we identify the main parts of our upcoming architectural project. The camera view determines the focus on elements that will be worked on with more detail. By selecting Camera Angles, we create an overall composition by bringing all elements together to tell the whole story. The Camera Angles will be our foundation for further work on the project.

Adding Some Color

Color and Material Finishing At this point, the black-and-white rendering gets its colors. We fill our shape with content, choose textures for the exterior finish. A preliminary version is created to understand how our project will look in the future. This is a familiarization stage, the first round of adjustments.

Adding More Color

Making Adjustments: Refinement stages are crucial as they show different ways of shaping the future project. You can make changes, select textures, and materials. Fine-tune the project’s small details.

Modeling environment

We need to make sure everything is in place and comes together seamlessly. Vegetation, decor items – they enhance the architecture and bring the image to life, making it vibrant and realistic. That’s why these elements deserve special attention. At this step, we’re getting even closer to the final picture.

Final Picture

As we work towards creating the final picture, we select the best version from all the previous iterations. We need to ensure everything looks realistic; we consider lighting options, whether it’s a sunny day, cloudy morning, or perhaps the golden hour of the evening.
